On January 9th, 2015, we were contacted by US Builder Review and were asked to be featured as a Florida pool builder in their Spring Edition. Upon our acceptance of this amazing opportunity, we received a call promptly to begin the writing process. We were informed that we would receive 4-6 pages and that this issue would make it in the hands of 250,000 individuals relevant to our industry. After a few revisions, we were delighted with the piece they put together and we were thrilled to receive the physical copy. Overall, our experience with the piece was pleasant and each member we were introduced to kept us informed of any delays or changes that occurred. We have no complaints and our piece is proudly displayed for all of our associates and employees to see.
The staff was very helpful and easy to work with while developing our story. They were always open to our ideas and provided us useful information to maximize our visibility using social media. We were certainly pleased with final article.
The team at US Builders Review and TrueLine Publishing were an absolute pleasure to work with. Team leader, Kyle Gahm, did an amazing job talking us through the process and keeping us updated. Thanks to Dave Gushee, Jeanee Dudley and Klarizza Cruz for all their hard work as well.
I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan Fecteau and TrueLine Publishing a couple of times and they have been both pleasurable and extremely professional. Ryan and his team have done exactly what they proposed, and have exceeded my expectations every time. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Ryan and his team of experts. TrueLine Publishing was instrumental in the launching and success of WaterFence. If you have any questions about the professionalism of Ryan (or TrueLine Publishing) please don't hesitate to contact me anytime!
Working with US Builders Review was a pleasure and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had as we went through the process of developing the article. I would work with them anytime on another project and certainly would recommend their work for other companies.
I had a great experience working with Ryan Fecteau and the team at TrueLine Publishing! Ryan made the amazing happen with creating a plan and putting it in action for developing our media. There was always prompt following up and feedback support during the process and we are super excited about the finished product! TrueLine has a network of exceptional staff and partners that are not only creative, but very professional and have a high attention to detail. I highly recommend them!
My experience with TrueLine Publishing was positive from start to finish. The staff conducted each interaction with the utmost professionalism, whether over the phone or by email. Beginning with the initial telephone interview TrueLine carefully gathered information to form a draft document then incorporated my minimal edits required to achieve factual accuracy in the finished article. TrueLine is a pleasure to work with.
Kyle and his team were very professional and patient in explaining their program to us. Their communications were clear and concise and did a great job of guiding us through the process of getting published in their magazine.
I was contacted by the company to write a review on my business. They handled the process very efficient and professional. The pictures came out great and the article was perfect. I am very happy with their work.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the writers and editorial team at TrueLine Publishing for our recent article in US Builders Review. From the start of the project, it was apparent that everyone involved was very concerned with accuracy and getting the facts right. They were also very conscientious about soliciting our feedback and ensuring that we were happy with the content and with the manner in which Giroux Glass was described in the finalized piece.
The process was simple: we were provided questions that the writers wanted to discuss, we were interviewed, and then we got to see a few drafts before the final version went to print. Given the quality of this publication, on behalf of Giroux, I can assure everyone that all of my partners would be happy to participate in similar articles in the future.
